2. Send Evidence of Payment (Participant):
Send the voucher or evidence of payment to the email symposium@icacit.org.pe with the following participant information:
- Full names
- Surnames
- National Identity Document or Passport
- Mobile
- Institution to which the participant belongs

- IEEE Membership Number or ICACIT System member institution in 2025
If you require an invoice, you must provide the following information: Corporate Name, RUC, and Address, in order to generate the receipt.
3. Confirmation of Registration (ICACIT)
ICACIT will contact the participant(s) confirming their registration by replying to the payment email.
IMPORTANT: Deadline for the registration of AUTHORS: September 15th, 2025
Cancellation Policies:
A refund is possible if requested until August 15th, 2025. An application must be sent to the Conference Chair (Jimmy Túllume Salazar) via email symposium@icacit.org.pe, indicating the reasons. If accepted, a cancellation fee of US $50.00 will be deducted from the registration fee paid. No refunds will be made for applications received after this date. If an author has uploaded a paper using their payment, the payment will not be reimbursed, even if the paper is withdrawn.

- One paper is included in the conference fee. For each additional paper, a fee of
USD 200 (Authors) or USD 150 (Authors who are Members of the ICACIT System or IEEE) is charged. - One author may register a maximum of 2 papers in Symposium ICACIT 2025.

In order for a paper to be presented during the symposium sessions, at least one of its authors must be duly registered for the event.
Authors are required to submit the final version of their paper within the designated deadline. Failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the paper from both the oral presentation schedule and this call for submissions.
Submission of the final version and the corresponding oral presentation are mandatory requirements for the paper to be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Each paper may include a maximum of four authors.
The paper presentations will take place from Wednesday, October 15 to Friday, October 17 , 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (The Program Committee will determine the exact day and time, which will be notified via the email symposium@icacit.org.pe
Cancellations Policies:
A refund is possible if requested until August 31th, 2025, an application must be sent to the Conference Chair (Jimmy Túllume Salazar) and sent to the e-mail symposium@icacit.org.pe, indicating the reasons, if accepted the Cancellation fee of US $ 50.00 will be deducted from the registration fee paid. There will be no refunds for applications received after this date. If an author has uploaded a paper using their payment, the payment will not be reimbursed, even if the paper is withdrawn.
Substitutions:
Substitutions for those registered will be processed until August 31th, 2025 (without penalty). All requests for substitutions must be sent by e-mail to the Conference Chair to the e-mail symposium@icacit.org.pe .
